Payments Term:

a deposit of 50% from total amount of your stay must be received within 1(one) week after confirmation of reservations has been given. If there is no confirmation in 1 week after the booking, Villa Kubu will automatically release the booking.

Last minute bookings (within 1 week or less prior to arrival), full payment is acceptable.

Payment options are:

1. Credit Card, payments made by Visa and Master card will be subject to a 3% and Amex will be subject to a 4% additional charge.

2. Telex Transfer, All incured for Telex Transfer transactiond will be borne by the hirer.

Cancellations Policy:

Deposit will be refunded in full less US$ 150.00 If cancellation made within 30 (thirty)days upon arrival in low season , 61 (sixty one) days upon arrival in High Season and 91 (ninety one) days upon arrival in Peak Season, in the event of a reservation is cancelled less than the above days the deposit will be forfeited to compensate for the time and effort involved in making a booking and to compensate for the loss of other potential bookings that have turned down once a booking has been confirmed.
